These Terms govern your access to and use of the PolyCat mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Medina Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using PolyCat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use PolyCat.
2. Service description
PolyCat provides market activity discovery tools for Polymarket-related public data, including:
- Hot and recent trade feeds
- Leaderboards, wallet search and wallet detail views
- Followed-wallet monitoring and notifications (Pro)
PolyCat is an informational tool and does not execute trades on your behalf. PolyCat is an independent app and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Polymarket.
3. Free and Pro access
Feature availability differs by plan. Free users can browse the leaderboard and open wallet profiles. Pro users can follow wallets and receive wallet activity notifications. We may update feature entitlements over time.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store billing.
- Payment and renewal are handled by Apple.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings.
- Unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically.

5. No financial advice
PolyCat does not provide investment, tax, legal or financial advice. All content is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions and losses.
6. Data accuracy and availability
Market and wallet data comes from third-party services and public endpoints. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness or accuracy. Service interruptions, delays and API limitations may occur.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, probe or abuse our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app beyond lawful interoperability rights
- Circumvent subscription or paywall controls
8. Notifications
Push notifications are optional and depend on device settings, network conditions and third-party providers such as Apple and Firebase. Delivery is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual property
PolyCat and its branding, software and content (excluding third-party and public data) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDINA APPS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
